In the late 60's the hippie movement was a strong influence on ladies clothing including bell-bottom jeans, tie dye, and batik fabrics as well as paisley prints. The Beatles also influenced men fashion by having a classic preppy look not just that but their hairstyle influenced many young men to get that hairstyle.
